We believe in upfront and easy to understand shipping and handling. No surprises after you’ve spent your time shopping with us and ordering your favorite items. You should know your shipping and handling charges in advance.

Recently, the U.S. Postal Service took a substantial increase in postal rates, particularly for parcels.  They changed many options for both domestic and international shipping.  Basically, the changes were anywhere from 10 to 22%.  We have had to adjust our shiping/handling charges to reflect this increased expense.  We use the least expensive but most efficient method available for our shipments to keep your costs down.  This choice of carriers is dependent on destination, size of package,  value, and delivery expectations. 

We’ve shopped enough online to know that shipping price is a big factor in determining purchases.

Volume orders over $600 will be shipped FREE.

Shipments to Zone 8 which includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, California, and Washington are slightly higher.   In general, shipping would be $1 to $3 higher.

We gladly ship to international destinations.  Our international charges will be added to your order automatically. We easily integrate shipping charges for Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom & Europe, Australia, Japan, and parts of Asia.  If your country is not shown or should you require a quote for international or outside continental U.S. shipments prior to order, please contact us.

For most of our domestic orders we will ship your items via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. For all U.S. locations, Priority Mail service is 2 to 3 days.  We have found this to be the fastest and most reliable method of transportation for our type of shipmensl.  We will provide delivery confirmation/tracking information on all orders when a valid Email address is provided.

For international destinations we generally use U.S. Postal Service Airmail Letter, Airmail Parcel Post,or UPS Global shipping.   We can provide these charges to you before your order.  All customs duties will be the responsibility of the receiving customer. We provide actual invoice prices on all our customs documentation.  We cannot be responsible for delays caused by destination countries customs services.

EXPRESS DELIVERIES:

With in-stock items, we can provide overnight, 2-day express, Global Priority Mail, or other shipping options to meet your delivery needs.  Express/overnight U.S. Mail shipping generally adds an additional $15.00 to the standard shipping.  You can select this option when placing your order. If the item is not in current stock , we will notify you immediately.   If you have any questions,  please contact us for full details and capabilities and to insure that your order is in immediate stock.


ORDER PROCESSING:
We pride ourselves on Fast Shipping to meet your online purchasing needs. Most orders are processed in under three days. 75% of our orders go out next weekday. With proper Email address, you will be notified when your order is shipped. Special order items are clearly marked.  Should there be a delay in your order, we will notify you immediately.

 We package all clothing carefully and our outfits and sets are usually shipped with hangers to ensure arrival in ready-to-wear condition. Our facilities are non-smoking and odor-free. We package in a clean environment so that your items will arrive in wearing condition for the little ones.


RETURN POLICY:
We make every effort to describe our items fully and invite any questions by contacting CustomerService@dressmeupcute.com. We provide measurements on most of our items, and have General Children’s Size Charts pages for your use. We will accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Please contact us on exchanges so that we can hold the proper size item for return shipping to you quickly. We will provide you with a return authorization number to properly identify your item when it arrives back to insure prompt handling.  Please report any damages, defects, or shipping errors immediately so we can promptly and efficiently make the necessary corrections and adjustments. Customer Service is our Gold Standard and your satisfaction is our goal. Return shipping on exchanges is the responsibility of the receiving customer. We will provide you with all the necessary instructions upon contacting us. Please have your original order information so we may assist you promptly. All items should be returned in original condition and unworn. Any hangers or original packaging should be shipped with return items. Items must be returned in resaleable condition.  Items that are returned unsaleable or obviously worn will be returned to the buyer.For faster replacement, we suggest re-ordering in exchange size. Upon receipt of returned items, we will refund your monies for the items and notify you by Email that refund has been credited.
Items returned without authorization numbers, or after 30 days may be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.  Due to the seasonal nature of some of our clothing, we reserve the right to refuse returns after unreasonable delays.

PAYMENT POLICY:
We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover through our secure website ordering.

All prices quoted are in U.S. funds. All payments will be in U.S. funds only. We gladly accept international orders.

We can also accept PayPal payments, checks or money orders. Please contact us for instructions. Items purchased with personal checks may be held up to 10 days for processing and clearance. PayPal will accept E-checks at no charge to you for faster release and your security. Funds are generally released in three to four days.  We will ship once funds are cleared. 

Payments are due within 7 days of purchase. We will only hold your order for a maximum of 10 days. Please make sure that your payments are mailed promptly to:
